1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 sticks melted margarine
1 medium size Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/3 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. sugar
4 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach gelatin
approximately 3 c. peaches, peeled
Preparation

Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar with electric mixer until smooth.
Fold in Cool Whip and spread over cooled crust.
Combine sugar, cornstarch and water in a saucepan; smooth out lumps in cornstarch.
Heat over medium heat until thickened and jelly-like. Remove from heat.
Stir gelatin into jelly-like mixture.
Cool approximately 3 minutes.
