Christmas Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Longhorn cheese
1 lb. Cracker Barrel cheese
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 lb. pecans, shelled
1 clove garlic
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 tsp. powdered onion
salt to taste
Preparation

Grind first five ingredients.
Cream Velveeta, cream cheese, powdered onion and salt into ground ingredients.
Mix well.
Shape into logs and roll in 1/2 paprika and 1/2 chili powder mixture. Wrap logs in plastic wrap.
Keep refrigerated.
Slice and serve on Ritz crackers.
