Green Bean-Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. French-cut green beans, drained
    1 c. peas, drained (reserve juice)
    1 small jar pimentos, drained
    4 sticks celery, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix juice from peas, oil, salt, sugar and vinegar.
    Heat mixture, then allow to cool.
    Mix green beans, peas, pimentos, celery, onion and pepper in a bowl.
    Pour cooled liquid mixture over vegetables and leave in refrigerator overnight.
    Drain off liquid before serving.
