Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 qts. Diced, Cooked Chicken
12 Hard-Cooked Eggs, diced
1/4 c. Chopped Parsley
1 1/2 c. Finely Chopped Celery
1/2 c. Chopped Sweet Pickles
2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/4 c. Lemon Juice
5 c. Mayonnaise
Salad Greens
3/4 c. Toasted, Slivered, Blanched Almonds
Paprika
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well, except the last three.
Serve on greens with a sprinkling of nuts and paprika.
