Terrific Taco Biscuit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) can biscuits
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15.5 oz.) can chili beans, undrained
1 taco seasoning pkg.
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. crushed corn chips
1/2 c. shredded lettuce
1/4 c. chopped tomato
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Separate dough into 10 biscuits.
Arrange 7 biscuits around sides and 3 on bottom of ungreased 9-inch pie pan.
Press biscuits to form crust (biscuits will form scalloped edge around rim of pan).
In large skillet, brown ground beef; drain.
Stir in beans and seasoning mix.
Reduce heat; simmer for 5 minutes.
Spoon hot mixture into biscuit lined pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 16 minutes or until crust is golden.
Immediately top with cheese, chips, lettuce and tomato.
Allow to cool 5 minutes before cutting into wedges.
Serves 6.
