Pork Chops Cherokee Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 pork chops
    flour
    2 Tbsp. lard or shortening
    1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
Preparation
    Dredge chops in flour.
    In skillet, melt lard and brown chops on both sides.
    Transfer to warm dish.
    Drain fat from skillet. Add green pepper, Worcestershire sauce, water, salt, pepper, corn and tomato sauce.
    Heat to boiling.
    Add chops.
    Cover and simmer until chops are tender.
