Orange Cream Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    3 medium bananas, sliced
    2 medium apples, cored and chopped
    1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 (6 oz. can) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed (1/3 c.)
    3/4 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine fruit; set aside.
    In small bowl, combine dry pudding mix, milk and orange juice.
    Beat until blended, 1 or 2 minutes.
    Beat in sour cream and fold in fruit. Cover and chill.
