Corn Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 - 16 oz. cans of cream style corn or 1 can of cream style yellow and 1 can of cream style white
1- 8 1/2 oz. package corn muffin mix
2 eggs beaten
1- 8 oz. carton sour cream
1 c. butter melted
(hot peppers and jalapenos - optional)
Preparation

Put the ingredients in a 9 X 13 X 2 casserole dish at 350 temp. for 40 minutes.
