Venison Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    venison, cut in strips
    1 Tbsp. onion powder
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    Tabasco to taste
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and marinate meat in it for 12 hours.
    Put meat on a rack in a shallow baking dish.
    Heat oven to 150\u00b0 and bake meat for 10 to 12 hours, until dry.
