Peppery Hot Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pounds chicken wings
    Vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2-3 tsp. red pepper sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Heat oil (2-3 inches) in deep fryer.
    Fry wings, 4-6 at a time, turning occasionally, until golden brown and done, 8-10 minutes.
    Drain.
    Keep warm in 275\u00b0F oven while frying remaining wings.
