7 Layer Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head lettuce
1 cucumber, sliced thin
1 medium red onion, sliced thin
6 boiled eggs, sliced
1 green pepper
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, slightly cooked
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing (original)
6 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
bacon bits
Preparation

Layer in a 9 x 13-inch pan the lettuce, cucumber, onion, sliced boiled eggs, green pepper and slightly cooked peas.
Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream and original Hidden Valley Ranch dressing and put over other layers.
Sprinkle with bacon bits.
Refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
