Halibut Royale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. onion rings
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 beaten eggs
    2 or 3 lb. whitefish
    salt and paprika
Preparation
    Lightly brown onion rings.
    Place fillets in greased baking pan, on top of onion rings and butter.
    Mix lemon juice and eggs together; pour over fish.
    Sprinkle with salt and paprika.
    Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in a 400\u00b0 oven.
    Do not turn over; eat and enjoy!
