Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 3/4 oz.) can salmon
    2 eggs
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 large onion
Preparation
    Open can of salmon.
    Take bones out of salmon. Add eggs, cracker and onion; mix well.
    Make salmon into patties.
    Fry in skillet with small amount of oil.
    Fry until patties are golden brown.
    Makes 6 to 8 patties.
