Rice Consomme(Or Baked Rice) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can mushrooms, stems and pieces
    1 c. Uncle Ben's converted rice, uncooked
    2 cans beef consomme
Preparation
    Melt oleo in skillet, add chopped onion.
    Saute until tender, not browned.
    Pour into a 2-quart flat casserole.
    Stir in the rice, mushrooms and consomme, mixing well.
    Cover tightly with foil, airtight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
