Tuna Potato Bake Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. French's crispy top scalloped potatoes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots, thawed
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. butter, softened
Preparation

Prepare potatoes as directed except use 2-quart casserole. Stir in peas and carrots and tuna.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Stir.
Combine bread crumbs, cheese and butter.
Sprinkle over casserole and return to oven.
Bake 25 to 35 minutes longer until tender.
