Herbal Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. honey
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. herbs (your choice, allspice, anise, orange peel, sage or an herbal blend)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Put in well oiled muffin pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Makes about 1 dozen.
