Five Hour Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew cubes
    6 carrots
    1 green pepper
    4 potatoes
    5 sticks celery
    1 onion
    2 c. tomato or V-8 juice
    3 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    5 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Don't brown the beef cubes.
    Cut the vegetables into chunks; dice the onion.
    Mix all ingredients well and put into a Dutch oven or a roaster.
    Cover tightly.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours. Don't peek; don't stir.
    Serve with hot biscuits.
    Vegetable can be varied.
    Can be put into a crock-pot on low for 8 hours.
