Hot Fruit Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can peach halves (16 oz.)
    1 (No. 2) can pineapple chunks (16 oz.)
    1 (No. 2) can pear halves (16 oz.)
    14 oz. jar apple rings
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. sherry
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Drain fruit and save juice to make 2 cups.
    Combine 2 cups of juice, cornstarch, sugar, sherry and butter and cook over medium heat until thickened.
    Arrange fruits attractively in shallow casserole dish.
    Pour thickened sauce over all and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
