Teriyaki Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. soy sauce (preferably Japanese)
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. fresh ginger root, grated
3 Tbsp. sesame seed
1 1/2 to 2 lb. chicken pieces
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Combine soy sauce, sugar, ginger root and sesame seed in a bowl.
Place chicken in a baking dish and pour sauce over it.
Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, basting as chicken bakes.
