Easy Beef And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 or 2 medium onions
grated Cheddar cheese
3 medium potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup, undiluted
Preparation

Brown beef and drain.
Slice potatoes.
In a casserole dish, place in layers, meat, potatoes and onions.
Pour soup over and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Sprinkle cheese on top and bake until it melts.
