Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
2 c. (16 to 17 oz.) canned pumpkin
1 1/3 c. (15 oz. can) sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

In large mixing bowl, blend together all ingredients.
Turn mixture into pie shell.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven until sharp knife inserted near center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes.
Cool. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
