Quick Egg Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
6 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. parsley
Preparation

Heat milk and butter in upper part of double boiler. Add seasonings to eggs and beat until very light. Add eggs to hot milk and blend well. Cook over gently simmering water for 30 minutes. Serve on warm platter. Garnish with a sprig of parsley.
Makes 6 servings.
