Pecan Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. brown sugar
    1 lb. oleo
    5 eggs
    4 c. flour
    2 oz. lemon extract
    1/2 lb. candied pineapple
    1/2 lb. candied cherries
    1 lb. nuts
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cream oleo and sugar; add eggs and fold in all ingredients. Bake in tube pan at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours.
