Ham And Cheese Pockets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. finely chopped ham
    1 c. finely shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 (10 count) pkg. biscuits
    prepared mustard to taste
    1 egg
Preparation
    Combine ham and cheese in small bowl; mix well.
    Roll biscuits into 4 1/2-inch circles on floured surface.
    Spread center of each circle generously with mustard.
    Top with 2 scant tablespoons ham mixture.
    Fold over biscuits to enclose filling; seal edges with fork.
    Place on baking sheet.
    Brush with mixture of egg and 1 tablespoon water.
    Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until puffed and golden.
    Serve hot or cold.
