Texas Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    3 lb. ground beef
    3 large onions, chopped
    4 garlic buds, minced
    6 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 large cans tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 cans kidney beans (15 oz.)
Preparation
    Saute onions, garlic and meat until brown.
    Add all ingredients except beans.
    Cook on very low heat for 4 hours.
    Add beans and cook for about 30 minutes more.
