Heavenly Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. skimmed milk
1/3 c. instant dry nonfat milk
1 Tbsp. light honey, if desired
Preparation

Put milk in small stainless steel or copper bowl and set in freezer until ice crystals begin to form, about 15 to 20 minutes. Use a hand held mixer and thicken mixture by beating in the dry milk.
Continue to beat on high until soft peaks form, about 2 minutes.
Add honey and beat until stiff peaks form, about 2 minutes more.
Makes about 1 3/4 cups.
