Southwest Salad(Makes 6 To 8 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. orange juice
1/4 c. ReaLime lime juice from concentrate
3 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/2 c. vegetable oil
8 c. torn mixed salad greens
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
2 large oranges, peeled and sectioned
1/4 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
1 small avocado, seeded, peeled and sliced
Preparation

In blender, combine juices, honey and seasonings; blend well. On low speed, continue blending, slowly adding oil.
Chill.
In large salad bowl, combine remaining ingredients; toss with dressing.
