Sausages And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. link sausage
    2 lb. mushrooms
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. fresh lemon juice
    2 c. heavy cream, sweetened
Preparation
    Cut sausage into 1-inch
    pieces and saute over high heat 5 minutes.
    Slice mushrooms and saute in butter 5 minutes.
    Drain fat from sausage.
    Combine with mushrooms.
    Add lemon juice and simmer gently 10 minutes.
    Add cream just before serving.
    Keep in chafing dish.
