Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1 c. fresh blueberries, sweetened (drain if using canned)
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar; mix thoroughly. Combine egg, milk and margarine; stir into dry ingredients only until moistened. Fold in blueberries. Fill greased muffin cups 1/2 to 2/3 full. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
