Roasted New Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. small new potatoes, quartered
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. hot Hungarian paprika
    3/4 tsp. coarse salt
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme, crumbled
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    In a shallow baking pan, combine ingredients; toss to coat (use hands).
    Bake for 25 minutes, stirring once, until tender.
    Serves 4.
