English Pea Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans drained English peas
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cans drained, sliced water chestnuts
1 small jar drained pimento
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 stick melted butter
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients in a bowl; pour melted butter in casserole dish.
Add crumbs.
Pour other mixture over crumbs.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
Set oven at 400\u00b0.
Serves 6.
