Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can creamed corn
1 can whole corn, drained
1/2 c. onions
1/2 c. bell peppers
1 large jar pimentos
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. oleo
1 egg
1 c. cheese, grated
1 Tbsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. Jiffy corn meal
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except corn meal together and put in large baking dish.
Mix corn meal as directed on package and spread on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 1 hour.
