Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. medium white sauce
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. salt
4 or 5 potatoes
Preparation

Prepare medium white sauce.
Add salt and chopped onion.
Turn oven to 350\u00b0.
Pare 4 or 5 potatoes.
Cut enough thin slices to make one layer in baking dish.
Pat with margarine.
Pour white sauce over potatoes.
Bake in oven 1 hour, covered.
