Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 lean pork chops
6 Tbsp. raw rice
1 can tomatoes
6 thick slices onion
Preparation

Place raw pork chops in long baking dish.
On top of each chop, put 1 tablespoon raw rice.
On the rice, place 1 tablespoon tomatoes, then on tomatoes place 1 slice of onion.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover with hot water up to top of pork chops. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
