Stir-Fry Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. steak, cut into strips
    3/4 c. bean sprouts
    1/4 c. onions, diced
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 green pepper, sliced
    2 carrots, thinly sliced
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Slightly heat oil in wok or frying pan.
    Add onions and stir a few moments.
    Add the meat and let simmer for 5 minutes.
    Add the carrots and green pepper and stir-fry a few moments.
    Add the mushrooms, bean sprouts and soy sauce; stir-fry a few more moments and serve with rice.
