Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. coconut
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 eggs
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Cream sugar, eggs and butter together.
Fold in nuts, raisins, coconut and lemon juice.
Pour into uncooked pie shell.
Bake for 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
