Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 eggs
1 c. grated cheese
1 can thinly sliced water chestnuts
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. medium white sauce
2 Tbsp. minced onions
salt and pepper to taste
Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation

Cook broccoli for 5 minutes in slightly salted water; drain well.
In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs and add mayonnaise, white sauce, onions, water chestnuts and cheese.
Mix well.
Add broccoli and pour into casserole dish. Cover with Ritz cracker crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
