Meatballs And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. ground beef
    1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Brown meatballs in oil on all sides and then put into a casserole dish. Drain fat from frying pan, then add soup and 1/4 cup water to drippings; mix well.
    Pour over meatballs and bake, covered in 350\u00b0 oven 1 hour.
    Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
