Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baking potatoes
    shortening
    1/3 to 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    shredded cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Rub potatoes with shortening.
    Bake 1 hour to 1 1/4 hours.
    Increase oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cut potatoes across top and scoop insides out.
    Mash potatoes.
    Add milk in small amounts at a time.
    Add soft butter, salt and pepper.
    Beat until fluffy. Fill potato shells.
    Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
    Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
