Mock Veal Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices turkey breast (fresh, raw)
    1 c. Italian crumbs
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Spray frypan with buttery spray.
    Take turkey breast slices and shake in crumbs.
    Fry for a short time until cooked.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve with mashed potatoes, vegetable and cranberry sauce.
