Cathy'S Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. frozen broccoli, carrot, cauliflower combo, thawed and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 can Durkee French fried onions
Preparation

Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 can fried onions, sour cream and pepper.
Pour into 1-quart casserole. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
