Onion Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. potatoes
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 plastic bag
    1 lb. penne, ziti or bow-tie pasta
    1 tsp. butter
    1 garlic clove, pressed
    4 oz. sliced baked ham, cut into thin strips
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. heavy cream
    2 c. sugar snap peas
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    4 large red-skinned potatoes, cut in 1/2-inch cubes (about 3 c.)
    1/4 c. water
    3 tsp. olive oil, divided
    1 garlic clove, pressed
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 yellow bell pepper, cored and thinly sliced
    1 green or red bell pepper, cored and thinly sliced
    6 large eggs
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In glass pie plate or microwave-safe shallow dish, combine potatoes and water.
    Cover with wax paper and then microwave on High 10 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking.
    Meanwhile, in 8 or 9-inch nonstick skillet, heat 2 teaspoons olive oil over medium-high heat.
    Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
    Add onions and peppers; cook, covered, 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
