Hot Milk Sponge Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add sugar and beat well.
Sift together flour and baking powder and add gradually.
Scald milk and add gradually. Add vanilla.
Bake in ungreased tube pan in 350\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes or until done.
Turn upside down to cool.
This cake is good with fresh strawberries or a chocolate glaze.
