Fish Fillet Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fillet of sole fish
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. cut up mild cheese
black pepper
Preparation

Butter a Pyrex dish.
Place fish side by side and spread soup evenly over the top.
Sprinkle cheese over it, pepper and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Fillet of haddock or halibut can be used if you wish.
Serves 4.
