Pepper Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. black pepper, coarsely ground
    steaks
    4 tsp. butter
    tabasco sauce
    Worcestershire sauce
    lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. cognac
    parsley, chopped
    salt
Preparation
    Dry the steaks.
    Press pepper into steaks with heel of hand. Let stand 30 minutes. Meanwhile, mix butter, tabasco sauce, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, cognac and chopped parsley. Put a light layer of salt over heavy skillet on HIGH heat.
    When the salt yellows, add the steak.
    Lower the heat to moderate. Cook to desired doneness.
    Heat the butter, worcestershire sauce, and tabasco on low; add cognac and flame.
