Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 unbeaten egg
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Beat until smooth.
    Fill papers 1/3 full.
    Top with heaping tablespoonful of cream cheese mixture.
    Sprinkle with sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Makes 2 dozen.
