Mini Sausage Pizzas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 English muffins
    27 oz. garlic and herbs classic Italian spaghetti sauce
    1 lb. mixed grated cheeses
    1 lb. hot (loose) pork sausage
Preparation
    Open English muffins.
    Spread on cookie sheets.
    Spoon 1 tablespoon sauce on each muffin.
    Fry pork sausage; strain off fat.
    Sprinkle cooked, drained sausage on each muffin.
    Again, spoon 1 tablespoon sauce on top of sausage.
    Cover with grated cheeses.
    Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
