Maple Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. maple syrup (pure, not lite or imitation)
    2 c. milk
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour into small custard cups.
    Set them in a pan of hot water and bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the blade of a table knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
