Fish And Chip Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 servings mashed potatoes
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    16 oz. perch fillets
    1/4 milk
    1/2 c. fish coating of choice
    2 Tbsp. butter
    lemon slices
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, sour cream, spinach and pepper.
    Turn into 10 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
