Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter (2 sticks)
    6 eggs, separated
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon flavor
    3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add egg yolks.
    Sift
    flour
    3 times with salt.
    Add alternately with sour
    cream
    to
    which soda has been added.
    Fold in stiffly beaten
    egg
    whites
    and flavorings. Put batter in greased and
    lightly
    floured
    tube pan and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
